Shipping Policy

At Jade Heather, we want every order to reach you through a clear and reliable delivery process. Below you'll find where we ship, how orders are handled, and what to expect when it comes to timing.

1. Where We Ship

For now, Jade Heather delivers orders within the United Kingdom only.

Orders placed from outside the United Kingdom cannot be processed at this time.

2. Delivery Address

Orders are sent to the address you enter at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct and complete. An incorrect or incomplete address can lead to delays or returned parcels.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we prepare and process it within 1 to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday are processed on the next working day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day processing.

Anything placed after that cut-off, or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), is processed on the next business day (Monday).

4. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping time within the United Kingdom is usually:

8 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery times can vary for a number of reasons, including:

  • Seasonal demand
  • Transport capacity or logistics constraints
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes during sales or promotions

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The full delivery timeframe is made up of two stages:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 8–12 business days

That works out to an estimated total of roughly 9–15 business days from the date of purchase.

These timeframes are estimates and can occasionally shift due to factors outside our control. Our logistics partners keep an eye on shipments to help everything run smoothly.

6. Shipping Costs

Every order from Jade Heather comes with free shipping. There are no extra shipping or handling fees.

Please note that tracking updates can take 3–8 business days to appear after the package leaves the warehouse, depending on the carrier.

9. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address given at checkout:

  • The shipment may be returned to our logistics partner
  • Our support team will get in touch to sort it out
  • We'll work with you to arrange redelivery or another suitable solution

To avoid delays, please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

10. Delivery Confirmation

When the carrier marks a parcel as delivered, the shipment is considered successfully completed.

If you can't find your package after it shows as delivered, our support team will help you contact the carrier and look into it.
